I moved here after living in downtown Grand Rapids and wow what a difference! The apartments are nice and there is such a community feel to it. Everyone is kind, respectful, and courteous. I love the woods surrounding the complex and the nice dog park on the property. It’s nice having access to the other complexes pool, business area, and gym. It’s very close to 28th street with places like Whole Foods being a walking distance away!

I moved here from downtown Grand Rapids and wow what a difference! It’s such a great neighborhood with a community feel between all the residents! The apartments and nice and spacious and maintenance had always be really helpful! It’s a very quiet community with very respectful neighbors!

Amazing place to live and the first time we are truly happy with the management team across the properties we have lived at in Grand Rapids. They are very responsive and we haven’t had any issues in the past year. Our neighbors are awesome and the management company makes frequent improvements to the property which is already a lot of fun being surrounded by a forested area.
