If I get a job transfer, can I break the lease?
Yes, if the lease buy-out fee has been paid. A 60-day notice is required before vacating your apartment, and the lease buy-out fee is based on market rent (plus any past concession recapture). Please ensure you reference your signed lease agreement and confirm policies with your Property Manager, as there could be unique circumstances.
Can I break the lease if I am part of the military and receive deployment or reassignment orders?
Service members can break their lease without penalty in certain circumstances through the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act (SCRA). Please contact the Property Manager as soon as possible in this situation. You must provide written notice and a copy of your military orders.

My wife and I lived in these apartments for the better part of three years, moving only for job-related reasons. Everything from the apartments themselves to the office staff to the community is fantastic! We never had any problems with neighbors, any crime in the area, or any apartment issues that weren- Anonymous
One of the best apartments I ever lived in. I moved out only because I bought a house. The manager is amazing and she always works very hard. The maintenance gentleman is the best (very polite) and is always willing to help. Overall best apartments in general. I am going to miss this place big time!- Anonymous
